Transfigured Earth Studio

This lovely jug was made on the winter solstice. The star is incised and inlaid with hundreds of tiny moonstone chips which formed “pearls” in the kiln. It also features a beautiful watermelon wood ash glaze, some absolutely breathtaking glass runs, and a sculpted man faced handle tail. As always, made with hand dug local clay, and fired in my wood kiln, stands 9″ tall, about 2 litre, fully food safe and functional
