As always, this piece is made using traditional methods and my hand dug local clay. It is inscribed with comforting words from “ripple” by the grateful dead “reach out your hand, if your cup be empty. If your cup is full, may it be again”. I have dipped this piece in a wood ash nuka glaze, and fired it in my friends kiln to over 2350f for a durable, beautiful, and food safe finish
